Whether I’m training 90+ vendors on payment processes or implementing automated workflows that cut billing delays by three weeks, I rely on clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset.
My certifications as a Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Customer Success Manager (CCSM) have equipped me with agile strategies that improve collaboration and efficiency, particularly with technical teams like engineers.
